Your order (once payment has been confirmed by PayPal) is sent via email to La La Loop. I will send you an email to confirm receipt of your order. You should receive 3 emails: One from Paypal confirming your transaction, one from La La Loop confirming your order and one more from La La Loop once your order has been shipped

SHIPPING 

Each product is made to order and delivery time can vary. Smaller items should be within the week, but items such as cushions, scarves and hot water bottles will take that little longer. Between 1 - 3 weeks depending on the style selected. Your patience will be rewarded with a beautiful, unique La La Loop product!  If you have purchased multiple items, products will be sent altogether, unless you advise otherwise. 

UK

All UK orders are shipped via First Class Special Delivery with Royal Mail. Special Delivery Next Day has to be signed for by the recipient and includes proof of postage and receipt of delivery, transit insurance and Track & Trace (where you can trace your parcel online at www.royalmail.com ).

THE WORLD

For the rest of the world, orders are shipped via Airsure (Registered Priority Mail) or International Signed For with Royal Mail. Both methods have to be signed for by the recipient and includes proof of postage and receipt of delivery, transit compensation and Track & Trace (where you can trace your parcel online at www.royalmail.com).

Average delivery guidelines from Royal Mail: 3 days for Western Europe, 4 days for Eastern Europe and 5 days for the rest of the World. Please note these are guidelines and La La Loop cannot be held responsible for delays.
